On the Monday prior to the meet, there will be a sign-up sheet posted on the bulletin board. Each swimmer must mark the appropriate box after his/her name to indicate attendance at the upcoming meet. Please mark the sheet as soon as possible, but no later than Wednesday. The coaches rely on this system in order to prepare for the meet line-up.

Notes
- A swimmer must compete in three league meets to qualify for Divisionals.
- A swimmer must qualify by time to compete at All Stars and Mid-Caps.
